If your order appears to be lost in transit, as indicated by the lack of updates on the tracking, our Customer Service team will take prompt action to resolve the issue. We typically offer the option to ship a replacement order or provide a full refund, depending on your preference. We aim to ensure that you receive your products as soon as possible or get reimbursed for the inconvenience.
For refunds on lost orders a claim must be filed with UPS.
