To cancel your order, simply send us a message with your request to cancel and include your order number if possible. Once we have received your request, we will process your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation from Color Wow Customer Service that your order has been cancelled and that the funds will be voided.

Please be aware an order can only be cancelled within 90 minutes of placing the order.
