We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations and we offer a refund process for such cases. Kindly follow the steps below for a smooth return process:

1. First, please check if your purchase falls within the stated return window which is 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Include your name, order number, and a brief note about why you are returning the product with the return package for our records.
